Job description

20 Hours Part time

Working at Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is more than just a job…it means supporting people to live their fullest, most independent lives. We were the first and are the largest Social Care Co-operative in Wales, which means we put community at the forefront of everything we do.

We provide support to people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, older people, people with Autism and physical disabilities. We do that in a number of ways from providing 24-hour support within their own homes, to providing shorter, more focused support to assist with individual tasks or care needs, which are often determined in conjunction with Social Services.

The support we provide is person centered and focusses on enabling people to achieve their goals, aspirations and the things that really matter to them. We ensure people maintain their wellbeing and play an active role in their local communities. Building positive relationships with peers is essential.
