Are you interested in supporting the LEGO Group’s Consumer & Shopper Engagement (CSE) department in delivering impactful engagement and community health?

Based in our Slough, UK location this role will follow our hybrid working model (three days in the office), with one weekend day on a rotating basis. Opportunities available include both fixed-term and permanent roles.
Core Responsibilities
- Engage with LEGO Fans, Casual Users, Kids and Families across multiple channels and platforms (e.g. social media, product reviews) as brand ambassadors making our consumers feel valued whilst protecting the LEGO brand and utilising our Tone of Voice.
- Drive community growth and health, tailoring engagement to channels and audiences.
- Work flexibly across different platforms whilst also acquiring specialism in audiences or platforms.
- Handle direct dialogue with users as well as community moderation tasks.
- Build and maintain relationships with community members.
- Work with the Community Engagement Leads to gather and evaluate data and consumer feedback.
- Support and implement new community platforms, engagement strategies and membership propositions with explorative engagement.
- Be a safety net, evaluating and actioning reported content, complaints, policy and support questions.

The CSE department is a team of around 1000 employees with offices in the UK, Germany, USA, Denmark, Singapore and Shanghai, supporting 5 million customer engagements per year across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media, web, owned apps and platforms). Our customers are based around the globe.
To support our ambitions to build direct and lasting relationships, we are engaging with kids, grown-ups, fans and creators in owned and earned spaces to make them feel recognised and valued, to grow healthy communities, to drive membership and protect the LEGO brand.
The purpose of this role is to support grown-ups, kids and fans on our platforms by implementing community engagement strategies, communicating with members and casual contributors of all ages, encouraging good community health and dialogue, driving retention and LEGO love.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience with social media or other online Community Support.
- Fluency in spoken and written English. French language skills highly desirable. Other languages beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills (We are FRKE! Fun, Reliable, Knowledgeable and Engaging).
- Digitally native with confidence engaging with consumers.
- Confident in working with consumers where change and uncertainty can occur.
- Conscious of needing to tailor tone of voice dependent on audience.
- Ability to assess risks of public engagement opportunities.
