Job Overview:

As a Community Development Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing our candidate experience and helping them onboard onto the platform. You'll be working closely with the founders and other team members to create engaging and creative email campaigns, promote the brand, and optimize candidate engagement levels on social media platforms. You'll also be responsible for maintaining and managing our CRM.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

  • Customer Service / Onboarding people onto the platform (50%)
  • Email management & CRM Administration (45%)
  • Digital Marketing (5%)
