About the Trust
Central Surrey Health (CSH), a not-for-profit community services provider, are rated ‘Good’ in their most recent CQC report, providing outstanding care to patients in the community, in their homes or in hospital.
CSH provides a wide range of adult community health services in north west Surrey, and children's NHS community services across the whole of Surrey.
What you’ll be responsible for
What are the primary tasks/responsibilities in order of importance?
· 1 Support and assist the senior team member in the provision of high standard of care and the promotion of physical, mental and emotional health to individuals and patient groups
· 2 Be an effective member of the Multidisciplinary Team carrying out assigned tasks involving direct care in the support of the senior team member
· 3 Undertake clinical interventions as delegated by the senior team member
· 4 Participate in the assessment process of care needs and implementation of programmes of holistic care within set standards
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.
You’ll have the following qualification/experience:
· A minimum of 6 months experience if one of the below qualifications is obtain. An NVQ Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care Qualification or Care Certificate Qualification that has been obtained within the NHS. A minimum of 12 months is required if the above qualifications are not obtained.
· Undertake regular mandatory training*
*Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
