As a care assistant, you will be providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

Here at All Care, we offer our Care Assistants the following:

• £13.50ph Weekdays, £15.00ph Weekends, £20.25ph Bank (Holidays! the best rates in the area!!)
• 0.40p per mile between care calls
• Enhanced rates of pay for 30 & 45 minute calls (to contribute towards travel time)
• Enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays
• Excellent Training for Care Certificate & ongoing professional development fully funded in Health & Social Care from Level 2 to Level 5 management!
• 28 days annual leave (pro rata)

Examples of the client’s needs you will be supporting as a carer:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and record keeping.

• Full UK driving license and use of own car - ESSENTIAL

Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.

No experience is required as full paid in-house training is provided.
