Job description
Working as part of a team, reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, you will share responsibility for the smooth running of the customer services department.
· First contact for customer enquiries and visitors to head office
· Process all sales orders, including customer purchase orders, sales invoices, pro-forma invoices and delivery notes.
· Arrange transportation for collection and delivery of goods, including managing of web portals, and provide proof of delivery to customers (where necessary)
· Prepare labels for delivery of goods
· Compile all purchase order and sales invoice details through SAGE
· Ensure medical goods are correctly packaged and dispatched in a timely manner
· Assist and perform general administrative duties (where required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
