JOB DETAILS
Working hours = Full time, 8:30-17:30, Monday-Friday
Salary = £23,000-£25,000 PA (depending on experience)
Location = Wizu Workspace, Richmond House, Lawnswood Business Park, Redvers Close, Leeds, LS16 6QY
Start date = ASAP
Reporting to = Allocated Community Manager/Centre Manager

RESPONSIBILTIES
Your primary responsibilities will include (though will not be limited to):

BUILDING & OPERATIONS

  • Assist the Community Manager in delivering operational excellence within the centre
  • Ensure a show ready building for any tours that take place, including managing configurations of vacant offices and furniture audits
  • Help with delivering quality meetings and events
  • Replenish communal kitchen facilities and complete daily building checks
  • Set up fobs and keys for new members as well as deal with replacements and charges
  • Assist with completing and reporting on the monthly building audit
  • Responsible for the onboarding (move in process) of new co-working members
  • Oversee the building maintenance and Health & Safety, including managing third party contractor relationships
  • Assist with more complex maintenance issues including obtaining quotes for larger works as directed by the Community Manager

MEMBERS

  • Strive to provide excellent service and experiences for our members
  • Act as first point of escalation for any day-to-day member issues or general enquiries
  • Ensure all information/issues are logged, tracked and resolved with the best possible outcome
  • Keep relevant portion of the member portal updated and encourage members to use
  • Ensure membership records are accurate and current
  • Assist with planning member events to help build the community and connect members
  • Work directly with management on any issues to ensure the highest level of member experience and satisfaction

TEAM

  • Oversee day to day activities of the Member Host assisting in their development and upskilling
  • Motivate the front of house team to deliver customer service excellence to our members
  • Assist with training where necessary and onboarding new team members

STAKEHOLDERS

Possible daily contacts will include but not be limited to:

  • Members and their clients
  • Contractors
  • Colleagues including and up to director level
  • Landlords
  • Brokers/agents
  • Dogs

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Flex industry or hospitality experience is preferrable but not essential
  • Presentable and confidently represent the brand at all times
  • Show enthusiasm and a positive approach to all areas of work
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • A team player and have a passion for dealing with people
  • Work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive 'can do' attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a team environment but is also highly motivated and works well alone
