Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Don’t miss out on this apprenticeship opportunity! We’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic Communities Apprentice to join the team at Clarion Futures based in London.
About the role
This is a busy and varied role, where you will be provide support to the Age Friendly Communities Team with their national portfolio of projects and programmes through event support, communications activities and administrative priorities.
Other key duties include:
- Contributing to the development and delivery of a regional Neighbourhood Investment Plan and national Age Friendly Communities programme.
- Providing administrative support to the Age-friendly Communities team and wider Communities. This will involve correspondence with all stakeholders via email and phone; inputting data on spreadsheets; managing invoices and budget sheets.
- Supporting the promotion of youth & communities initiatives through creating publicity material, writing case studies and updating social media channels.
- Undertake research projects related to the priorities of the team
About you
To be successful, you’ll come to us with a minimum grade C in GCSE English and Maths and a desire to learn and complete the relevant qualifications for this apprenticeship. With a passion for working with young people and community investment, you’ll work well in a team and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll also need good organisational / planning skills and be able to work to deadlines.

About the apprenticeship
We offer the opportunity to study for a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship, which will take up to 18 months to complete and study for your NVQ qualification. You’ll develop new key skills and behaviours which will support your personal development and progression. Where you have not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, you must do so before taking the end-point assessment.
