The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and social media-savvy Social Media Assistant who will help grow & manage the Penhaligon’s social media communities. You will be on the pulse with trends in the world of social media and influencer marketing, keen to learn more and ready to take initiative. You will be interested in the beauty and fragrance industries.
What you´ll get to do
- Produce social media content
- Support community management
- Scout content creators across key platforms: IG, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest
- Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns and prepare performance reports
- Research industry innovations and tools
- Support with events execution
- Monitor communications team product stock
- Coordinate influencer and press queries and sendouts
- Help execute day to day operations of the press office
We´d love to meet you if you have
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter and editing tools in TikTok
- Prior experience in social media (in-house, agency or freelance)
- Creative mindset and sensibility to luxury
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to learn about new innovations and keen interest in social media content and current trends
- Excellent time management skills
