In the past few years, our Communications Team has risen to the challenge - delivering communications using a variety of channels, including news stories, regular ebulletins, social media and our magazine for staff. It is vital that we get our internal and external communications right and you will play a key role.
We're now looking for an experienced, dynamic communications professional to work with colleagues across the organisation to contribute to specific staff projects, especially employee engagement work. You'll be required to work with teams across the trust to gain their views on internal communications and their suggestions for improvements and use staff feedback to recommend and implement new initiatives to improve internal communications to ultimately make the Trust a great place to work.
