About the Role…
As Communications and Marketing Assistant, you will Reporting to Totally’s Director of Communications & Marketing, you will be interested in a career in marketing and external communications or have some experience under your belt already. Regardless, you will have the aptitude to create engaging content, and support with a broad range of channels from PR and social to website. You will gain exposure to broad range of communications activities giving you the opportunity to learn and grow your professional skill set within a growing, supportive and empowering team.

Your Day to Day…
- the creation of marketing and recruitment materials, such as brochures and flyers, ensuring they meet brand guidelines
- maintaining and updating Totally’s corporate and service-focussed websites
- drafting posts for and managing Totally’s social media channels
- monitoring Totally’s presence in online spaces
- supporting the wider comms team and senior business leaders as needed
Qualification, Experience & Training…
- Degree level or equivalent qualification (or equivalent level of experience in PR or Marketing)
- Be a confident communicator
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and key contacts across the business.
- Excellent written English will be essential for this role as well as high attention for detail.
- Experience of using design packages such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Highly organised
- Proactive approach to projects.
