Student Voice Communications Assistant
REF: SC4375
Salary on appointment will be £23,715 per annum with an annual increment up to £27,131 per annum.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as part of the Holistic Student Insight team and the Communications and Advocacy team to enhance UEA’s reputation with current students through the creation of engaging, impactful communications across a full range of communication channels.
You will focus on promoting opportunities for students to feed back to the University through the ongoing Student Voice activity and engage them with the outcomes and actions taken in response to their feedback.
You will help to keep students informed and engaged with the University and nurture a sense of belonging.
You should have:
· Experience creating compelling content and campaigns for a range of audiences across multiple channels for example, web, portal and social media.
· An understanding of how to develop strong student engagement including response rates to surveys and uptake of other feedback mechanisms.
· The ability to meet multiple deadlines and develop strong working relationships with role holders across the institution who take action to support the student experience in response to student feedback and insight.
· A keen interest in delivering an excellent student experience.

This full-time role is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
