Job description
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, project-managing, people-person to join our growing London office as an Associate Consultant in our Client Solutions team.
UpSlide is the number one productivity solution provider for financial services. Our software dramatically improves the functionality of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Power BI. It enables users at firms like Citi, KPMG, and BNP Paribas to focus on high-value tasks rather than formatting or copy-pasting.
We’re scaling-up with 120+ employees across our offices in London, New York, Paris (HQ), Singapore, and Berlin; with 25+ in London.
Responsibilities
As a Consultant, you’ll help clients solve pressing problems. You’ll be responsible for:
- Project management – own project delivery, building a relationship with the client, and coordinating to get projects delivered in a timeline manner
- Setup – customise UpSlide to meet client needs, ensuring high quality deliverables
- Consulting – advise clients as an expert in UpSlide, analyse their presentation production practices and suggest and implement new ideas to optimize them
- Training – train new users and administrators to ensure successful adoption
You will complete a three-month onboarding programme with practical experience with clients from your first week - including a week in our Parisian head office. This induction period also includes structured training around our product, and the tools and methodologies we apply to ensure our clients receive fantastic service and achieve great results.
