We are currently seeking a full-time (36 hours per week) Communications Coordinator to join our creative and strategic Marketing & Communications team that works together to promote our brand and achieve excellence in our marketing and communications efforts. This position will work from home, with monthly on-site meetings. Must live in Oregon or SW Washington and be available to come to the office as needed.
This role will help support The Oregon Clinic's communication strategy by writing, producing, and disseminating and tracking communication and content for both internal and external audiences through various media and channels. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in communications with strong writing skills and be tech-savvy and highly organized with an extraordinary attention to detail. We are looking for a flexible, self-starter to join a marketing & communications team that values open communication, creativity and teamwork.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Managing social media platforms, including writing and posting content and tracking metrics
- Managing intranet, ensuring content is fresh and up to date
- Maintaining company website, including G4 Google Analytics
- Writing content across a variety of channels including intranet, company website, email announcements, postcards, brochures, and other materials
Starting pay range, based on experience: $24.84 - $33.60 per hour.

Qualifications:
- Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree, relevant experience may be substituted
- Stellar organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with excellent time management
- 3+ years of prior experience in administration in an agency or corporate setting
- Highly skilled in Office365, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with G4 Google Analytics, Wordpress, Google Forms, Adobe Acrobat Pro, project management software. Must be quick to learn and adopt new technology
