Are you currently working in marketing or are you a recent marketing graduate with some commercial experience?
We have an exciting new Marketing Communications opportunity based in our converted Victorian offices in the heart of Wokingham, within a few minutes’ walk of the train station.
Stiltz design, manufacture, distribute and install the innovative Stiltz Homelift in domestic homes throughout the world. We already install more homelifts in the UK than any of our competitors, but our vision to be the largest homelift company in the world. Our customers sit at the centre of all we do, but we work hard to look after each other too.
You will be working as an integral part of the marketing communications team, assisting with the delivery of the full communications and marketing mix from editing copy for ads, editorials, website content, blogs and socials to assisting with events and exhibitions and carrying out department admin as needed.

As our Marketing Communications Coordinator, your scope of work will cover all the channels we operate in; UK Consumer, Local Authority, Healthcare, UK Trade, USA, Rest of World and Internal Comms. You'll be in regular contact with colleagues in other departments and locations as well as working closely with our PR agency and print/fulfilment company. You’ll be expected to travel to our West Midlands head office periodically, so a full driving license is highly desirable.
You will also:
- Create new video shorts for social media, edit videos/add captions and subtitles
- Re-edit existing videos to support messaging
- Alongside others in the team, script, plan and shoot longer videos for internal and external use
- Manage branded promotional items stock and distribution
- Create and schedule social media posts in line with our schedule
- Order translations and manage our vendors
- Undertake printed asset stock control
- Work with our in-house designer on creation of assets to support the department and business
- Scheduling email campaigns and reporting on response levels.
To be successful as our Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will need:
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing or related subject
- Demonstrable experience of working within a similar marcomms role
- Be an “ideas” person with high levels of creativity, energy and initiative!
- Demonstrate a flair for copywriting
- Be an outgoing conversation starter
- Possess a natural curiosity and interest in others
- Confident multi-tasker
- Video production skills, including intermediate Premier Pro/AfterEffects advantageous
- A desire to get involved with a wide range of marketing communication projects.
You must genuinely care about our customer base (older customers or those with a disability) and be committed to delivering a message which engages them with the Stiltz brand.
You'll be someone who can make sure the outside world knows about - and can share our enthusiasm for - the benefits our products bring. You'll need to be passionate about social media as a brand and marketing tool, and be happy to be immersed in developing creative content. You'll confidently engage with our customers, seek out partnerships and start conversations with target audience influencers.
As Marketing Communications Coordinator, you’ll be in the thick of it when it comes to researching associated topics and amplifying our messages, championing our brand, products and the benefits we bring to our customers.
This is a permanent, office-based role, we would consider full or part-time working hours.
