Your Impact:
- Develop and execute original ideas and programmes to drive our internal communications strategy.
- Drive engagement around internal communication events and business-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance colleague engagement methods, including the delivery of compliance messages and training.
- Contribute to a robust calendar of internal campaigns, keeping content fresh and relevant.
- Challenge traditional communication approaches and suggest innovative methods.
- Create engaging and up-to-date content for various communication channels, maintaining the appropriate tone of voice.
- Support the marketing team in delivering successful promotions and creative initiatives.
- Maintain and update internal communication documentation and databases.
- Assist with packing mailers and fulfilling product requests.
- Support the development of the Group Intranet and associated platforms.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Operational experience, ideally within a supporting role or across different business functions.
- Strong understanding and evidence of delivering accurate communications.
- Proficiency in using MS tools for communication purposes.
- Experience with audiovisual communication tools, including editing and broadcasting software and techniques, is advantageous.
