Criticaleye is seeking to expand its Marketing team by recruiting a Marketing and Communications Manager APAC. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Director and working closely with the businesses’ operational team for APAC, this role requires a capable and creative individual with 3+ years in a similar role, previous experience of marketing in the region, along with proven B2B experience.
Criticaleye is a peer-to-peer Board Community for CEOs, senior executives, and global leadership teams. We have 20 years’ experience working with individuals and senior teams. This role will be based in our London office, Blackfriars and you will be expected to travel if needed.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to work collaboratively and across different teams in the business, plus have a proven track record of marketing and communications activity in the APAC region. You will have responsibility for producing and implementing a marketing plan for the year.
This is a high growth area for Criticaleye as we seek to expand our Membership Community in APAC. As Marketing and Communications Manager APAC, you will be expected to build our brand presence, replicate, and support all marketing activities generated by our Global/European team and introduce new channels for our APAC team.
Responsibilities will include relevant content creation, regional campaigns, contribution to all Group marketing activities to ensure APAC is well represented, working with our social media executive, providing ideas/copy for blogs, contributing to newsletters and external PR opportunities. You will be required to work across a range of topics/Member types but maintain oversight of marketing communications in the form of wider campaigns and delivery of our key Retreat events.
The Candidate will possess:
- Strong organisational, planning and project management skills with experience in the APAC region
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to create engaging marketing content in a B2B environment
- The ability to multitask and be collaborative
- Have an interest in B2B marketing and communications
- Content production, including working with graphic designer and producing video content to promote APAC Membership
- Support weekly external communications to Members
- Collaborating closely with other teams (inc. representation of Marketing team on Asia Committee)
- Writing marketing copy/blogs to promote benefits of Criticaleye Membership
