Fun Water Outdoor Inc is a small business in St Vista, CA. We are professional, agile, and innovative and our goal is to manufacture high-quality, high-performance equipment. We are mainly engaged in producing, designing, researching, and developing water sports, outdoor leisure, and winter sports products.
As a Brand Communications Specialist at Fun Water Outdoor, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and foster positive relationships with our valued customers. In addition, you will play a crucial role in obtaining positive reviews for our products, which will be rewarded by the company.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
· Proactively contact customers to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction with our products and services.
· Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, aiming to provide a satisfactory resolution to enhance customer loyalty.
· Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues.
· Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
· Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and suggest actionable solutions.
· Assist in promoting and upselling company products and services to customers.
· Actively participate in training programs and team meetings to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
· Monitor online platforms and social media channels for customer feedback, reviews, and comments, and promptly respond in a professional manner.
· Engage with customers via email and live chat to provide support and address inquiries.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for obtaining positive reviews and encourage satisfied customers to share their experiences.
· Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Qualifications and Requirements
· Previous experience in a customer service role or a related field is preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
· Empathetic and patient attitude when dealing with challenging customer situations.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
· Familiarity with customer service tools is a plus.
