We are looking for a Social Media and Communications Specialist to join our team and help us create and manage our marketing campaigns for Feast and Brink restaurants in Clevedon.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for social media, an eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging content that will resonate with our customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, monitoring analytics, and engaging with followers on a daily basis
You will be reporting to senior management, filling out the content and marketing calendar with content pre-approved by management and then scheduled. This will be a hands-on position, shooting content, communicating with local businesses, PR outreach and communicating with the teams on shift.
Must be able to report to BS216LZ on a Wednesday or a Thursday between 9am and 6pm for a minumum of 6 hours.
The rest of your week will be remote however meetings with HOD's, photoshoots, creating content, business outreach etc will be on-site regularly.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Manage all social media accounts (for both restaurants) and campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries regularly on social media platforms.
- Weekly report of social media metrics fedback to management.
- Creating engaging video content (tiktok/reels) - a must
- Producing still images for website, social media, linkedin, newsletters etc.
- Creating newsletters and email campaigns on Mailchimp.
- PR and business outreach - initiative to create and implement these campaigns.
- Regularly influencer outreach.
- Produce graphics for digital and print media.
- Website maintenance.
- Keep on top of our social calendar, writing up all copy in advance.
- Working within brand guidelines (but there is great scope for creativity!).
Personal Qualities and Skills Required
- Able to communicate constructively and positively with senior management.
- Excellent creative written English.
- Extensive working knowledge of leading social media apps.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Happy to produce and star in content (or persuade the team!)
- Own your own laptop and smart phone.
- Experience using Adobe or Canva for digital design work.
- Ability to use other softwares such as metasuite, excel, video editing softwares.

- 2 Digital graphic designs
- 1 Copy writing example
This position can be freelance or employed - we're looking for someone ambitious who wants to grow with our business!
More hours may be availalable for the right canditate.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week
Salary: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
