This is a great opportunity for a motivated and skilled communications and media relations professional to join the Communications and Marketing Team at Wirral University Teaching Hospital (WUTH), with a main base at Arrowe Park Hospital.
With a focus on communications and media relations, the post supports the Senior Communications and Engagement Manager in the delivery of communications, marketing and media relations for the Urgent and Emergency Care Upgrade Programme (UECUP). This exciting new role will also support the capital programme of the Trust and the wider communications and marketing work undertaken by the Communications and Marketing Team at Wirral University Teaching Hospital (WUTH).
The post-holder will work alongside the Communications and Marketing Team to promote, enhance and protect the reputation of WUTH. This will involve forming positive relationships with the media and developing rich and engaging story content. The post-holder will provide content across a range of external channels including the Trust website and social media.
There will also be a requirement to support the internal communications function within the team, providing content for the staff bulletin and staff magazine.
