We're looking for a passionate and experienced Communications and Marketing Manager for SEO Agency who has extensive experience and training in working on brand development and communications in the digital environment. This role requires a person with some training and experience in marketing events, digital marketing, and brand development including the policing of the brand.
This is an hybrid role with 2 days in the Bristol office each week.
We are offering a generous salary of between £40 000 and £50 000 per year depending on experience.

About you
We are looking for someone who can work with the team in developing the overarching communications strategy and campaign activity. Creating and delivering a variety of measurable marketing activities, rooted in ROI metrics, including direct marketing, digital, events programmes, awards and sponsorships. They will be working with the business to develop compelling written content for use with external audiences, while bringing curiosity and challenge so that marketing campaigns are continuously improved.
Essential experience and skills required for the role are:
- Managing budgets
- Defining a communications strategy and having an understanding and knowledge of the legal implications of marketing data governance (GDPR and ePrivacy)
- Storytelling through brand development and messaging experience
- Proven experience of digital marketing in b2b channels (always-on and campaign-led)
- Development of marketing assets including video promotion, pod/web casts, presentations, copy writing and managing agencies/freelancers to deliver on key assets
- Experience in advertising, sponsorships and campaign planning
- Email campaigns
- Public relations Agency management
Desirable experience and skills for the role are:
- Experience of working in the SaaS sector
- Using reporting and analytical tools
- Knowledge of CRM solution management and segmentation
- Managing a team with strong leadership skills
- Experience of working collaboratively as part of an international, multidisciplinary team
- Able to work effectively across multiple teams, with the ability to generate credibility and respect at all levels
- Experience of delivering campaigns in international environments
