Job description

Agile is an exciting programme with an innovative approach to bridging the gap between science and policy, established in February 2022 with £10 million from the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) to revolutionise the delivery of world-class research to support environmental policymaking. Building on the Oxford Martin School's mission to foster innovative collaborations to solve the world's most urgent challenges, it brings together interdisciplinary teams of outstanding researchers from across the University of Oxford to work with external partners, and industry and community stakeholders in rapid research ‘Sprints’ to address time-critical questions for policymakers.
We are seeking to appoint a Communications & Events Officer who will, under the management of the Agile Impact Facilitator, shape communications to promote and share the research and other Agile outputs via social media, the website, and email in formats that are accessible to decision makers and the public.
