Frank, Rimerman + Co is searching for a Performance Leader (manager level) to assess, monitor, and enhance employees performance. This role will guide our Firm in the development of performance management systems and to sustain a culture of continuous performance improvement.
The Performance Manager will be an advocate for positive change and outcomes, partnering with stakeholders including leadership, partners, directors, and department heads to identify processes and/or projects for inclusion in performance management initiatives; establish key performance indicators; develop and oversee process change implementation; track progress towards efficiency and quality improvements; evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement; provide support as well as education for performance improvement principles/ methods and root cause problem-solving; and provide proactive solutions to optimize improvement goals.
To ensure success as a Performance Leader, you will need to be a skilled communicator with strong performance management processes experience. You should also be skilled in project implementation.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate current performance management program and systems against strategic goals for a new process;
- Investigate shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current performance processes, propose future improvements;
- Drive implementation of key performance measures including delivery of data analytics to ensure efficacy of process improvements;
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction in performance management processes;
- Train, mentor, and guide team members in new processes;
- Keep current with developments in performance management and process optimization;
- Identify training needs for employees to ensure they are adequately equipped to perform their jobs effectively;
- Create/update evaluation forms and conduct regular performance evaluations of employees to measure their progress toward goals and objectives;
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees on how they can improve their performance.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or organization development.
- Eight to ten years of experience in creating and managing performance management systems - a must.
- Ability to identify deficiencies in our systems and lead change.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
