Job description
Who We Are and What We Do
Bromford exists to enable people to thrive – it’s why we all get up in the morning. We do this by investing in safe, secure and warm homes that serve as the perfect springboard for our customers.
Here at Bromford our purpose is to invest in homes and relationships so people can thrive. We believe it is our customer’s basic right to have a home that is safe, secure and warm. We will not compromise on ensuring our homes are all of this and more. We want to provide homes that customers are proud to live in, that work for them and their family and are the springboard they need to achieve their aspirations – not a barrier. We currently own 45,000 homes, housing over 100,000 customers across Central and Southwest England.
Sustainability is fundamental to our social purpose at Bromford. It is integral to our relationships with our customers and communities, the decisions we take on new and existing homes and the way we are funded. Sustainability is also fundamental to our core purpose of providing affordable, safe and secure homes to those who cannot access the private housing market, and to helping customers feel empowered and able to thrive. That’s why it has been a priority here at Bromford for some time now, shaping the way the business operates to better protect the environment and the society around us, while ensuring that what we do today doesn’t compromise where we want to get to tomorrow.
The benefits of securing a place on our graduate scheme are endless, from earning a competitive salary, experiencing different roles and business areas, getting on-the-job training and support, to fast-tracking your career to senior leadership.
