The Northern Ireland Hospice are seeking to hire a Communications Administrative Assistant

The Role
You will be a self-starter with the ability to prioritise the demands of the role. Reporting to Corporate Communications manager, this role will be primarily responsible provide administrative support for the commercial marketing and corporate communication teams, including general office administration. Part of the role you will be tasked to work with the Communication Managers to implement the event brief for any corporate events for Hospice.

Salary:
£20,475 - £21,334 per annum

Contract:
Temporary – Maternity Cover

Location:
Somerton Road, Newtownabbey

Hours:
37.5 per week

Essential Criteria
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above to include English Language and Maths) plus a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
Or
  • At least 2 years’ relevant administrative support/coordination in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
Experience:
  • Administration coordination within a fast-paced office environment.
