The Oxford Martin School is seeking a proven and creative communications professional to deliver wide-ranging and impactful communications across both the School’s owned channels and in the media.
The Oxford Martin School brings together researchers from different fields across the University of Oxford in programmes focussed on responding to the most urgent challenges of our time. The post holder will work on topics as diverse as tackling antibiotic resistance, the renewable energy transition, the global trade in wildlife, and what the cities of the future might look like.
Reporting to the Head of Policy, Development and External Relations and line managing the Communications and Media Assistant, you will work closely with the School’s events team to promote their vibrant calendar of lectures, and with the Head of Finance and Administration to deliver internal communications needs for the School.
You will also be in daily contact with high-profile researchers from across the School’s research programmes to deliver engaging press releases, long reads, videos, blogs, social media and other content that raises awareness of the School’s research and programmes globally.
