Your Role and Responsibilities
- Initially, the role will need someone to quickly understand the wide range of stakeholders, including external parties such as Treasury and devise a comms strategy / plan accordingly. Establish a regular drumbeat of communications, tailoring the message to the various stakeholders
- Use different mediums to get the message across, the client was particularly impressed with some of the material we have put together at DWP such as the murals, animated videos and intranet site
- They are looking for someone to also use social media platforms such as Twitter and LinkedIn to increase the profile of the programme
- Blogs for key senior leadership team members is also important
