Commis Chef - Westerham

Summary

The Hours: 37.5 hours per week, average shift pattern 8am - 4pm with no evenings or split-shifts. Weekends required.

The Salary: ?£25,740 per annum

Duration: Permanent role with opportunity to progress

Interview Date: 21/22 July 2023

Internally you will be known as 'Cook'.

This role is based at Chartwell, near Sevenoaks.

What you'll be doing

You’ll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes,?making, soups, stews, sausage rolls and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods.?? 

You will receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role. Further professional training & development opportunities are available
