A very exciting opportunity has arisen to join our kitchen team. We are looking for a special Commis Chef at the start of their career to become part of our team at our beautiful, luxury, boutique Country House Hotel and Restaurant. We have high standards and are looking for someone willing and ready to rise to that challenge.
The Priory Hotel is a luxury hotel that is your home away from home. Guests come to unwind, relax and enjoy excellent cuisine in our Garden Room Restaurant. We are based on the gateway to the picturesque Isle of Purbeck and much desired Jurassic Coast in the beautiful market town of Wareham, Dorset. Set in 4 acres of beautifully tended gardens, we have 17 individually furnished rooms. We are proud members of the Pride of Britain collection of Hotels.

Role and responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Assisting in the food preparation process including preparing vegetables, meats, and fish to a high standard
Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
Assisting the other chefs in the team
Helping with deliveries and restocking
Assist in ensuring the kitchen is cleaned to a high standard at the end of each service
Contributing to maintaining our high kitchen and food safety standards
