Working with some of the best local suppliers, our focus is providing wholesome, fresh, seasonal menus.We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our team.DesirableKnowledge of health, safety and food hygiene standards although training will be given.EssentialAt least 2 years experience in the same or similar roleA passion for food and cookingTeam playerAbility to stay calm under pressure and be able to delegate tasksGood organisational skillsAbility to work on initiativeFlexibility to work as per the rota requirements, 5 days per week.Must be fully conversant with allergensDutiesYou will be responsible for you own section in the kitchen, following instruction from Head Chef and Sous ChefsBenefitsShare of staff-controlled Tronc - 10% Service Charge on all table bills.
