Job description

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Commis Chef to join the Bedford Swan Hotel team. This is a great opportunity to join an independent, family owned, company with focus on great food and service as well as training and a culture of internal progression and promotion.

For the Commis Chef position we are looking for someone passionate and enthusiastic about great food and customer service. You should have some basic kitchen skills and an understanding of health and safety and be looking to start or develop your career in the kitchen. This is the perfect position for a Commis chef looking to learn as you can develop whilst being supported by our skilled and friendly team.

This is a zero contract. Shifts will vary each week and will include weekends depending on the needs of the business.
