Job description
We are now creating our new Food & Beverage concept at Campanile Birmingham and we are looking for a talented Chef/Cook to join our existing team. Duties will include producing and serving of high quality meals for patients, staff and external customers. You will also be required to interpret and manage all operational aspects of the kitchen and associated areas inc. Deliveries / preparation / storage rooms, wash up, including supervision of staff working in these areas.
We can offer live-in accommodation under our company policy.
Preferred experience within a hospitality/commercial background would be an advantage, Industrial experience would also be advantageous. You would be expected to have comprehensive knowledge of food hygiene & H.A.C.C.P. regulations and have good all round food preparation, leadership & supervisory skills in order to carry out this job successfully.
Candidates would require level 2 (catering) and an Intermediate food hygiene certificate essential.

Candidates should have good leadership & communication skills and a self motivated approach to work and an ability to work on their own initiative. You must be able to work flexible shift pattern, including weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-50 per week
