What you will be doing Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie and other sections Preparing meal ingredients which includes seasoning of different meats, washing, peeling and chopping vegetables/fruits Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by Chef de Partie or the Sous Chef Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisors Discarding any expired or spoiled food items stored in stock rooms or refrigerators Performing basic cleaning duties making sure that workstations are prepared We are looking for someone who… Has interest in culinary and cooking Proven commercial or restaurant kitchen experience Pays attention to detail Strong communication and organizational skills Good level of English What do we expect from you?
