Job description
Archerfield Walled Garden sits within the beautiful Archerfield Estate. Inside you will find a spacious Cafe, Garden Shop and Food Market. Outside we have developed the 18th century Walled Garden and our extensive grounds allow our customers to explore our Willow Walk and Fairy Trail.
We are now looking for an experienced Commis Chef to join the team and become part of a successful growing business.
The ideal candidate will have a background of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with great multi-tasking skills.
Duties include:
- Assist in the smooth and efficient service of food.
- Prepare dishes according to specification.
- Help prepare ingredients for the team and dishes.
- Ensure good hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen.
