You will assist the day-to-day production of the food in the Alain Ducasse Kitchen to ensure the smooth running of their section and to cook any food on a daily basis according to business requirement their day. This will include following all recipes and methods from the Executive Chef and Senior Kitchen team, having basic knowledge on classic patisserie and refinement of pastry skills, ensuring that daily food preparations meet outlined recipes, including portion size, quantity and quality You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with diners’ special requests and challenges that may arise The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Commis Chef in Alain Ducasse, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
