An opportunity has arisen to join the Frontier team, based at Berwick upon Tweed. We are looking for a Commercial Support Assistant (CSA) to join us on a permanent full-time basis.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and customer support to the Scottish Commercial team as well as supporting the Scottish General Manager, Scottish Crop Production Commercial Manager and other Product Managers.
This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who has studied agriculture or is interested in an agriculture career, to work for the UK’s leading crop production and grain marketing business.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Experience of meeting multiple deadlines in a very time sensitive environment

- A friendly, and professional person who is solution focussed and passionate about getting things right
Key responsibilities
- To supervise and coordinate work across Northumberland/Scotland ensuring high standards of service is delivered at all times.
- To be an ambassador for Customer Support.
- Take responsibility to ensure best practice is shared across the CSA team.
- Supporting the Commercial team in all aspects of administration to include contracts and managing customer issues.
- Responsibility for organising and arranging team meetings, customer meetings and events.
- Take responsibility for coordinating our seasonal workers including recruitment, procedures, and Health and Safety.
- Involved in developing external relationships with customers.
- Responsible for producing and coordinating reports for Commercial team locally.
- Offer a high standard of service to internal and external customers.
