Why this job matters
The Commercial Specialist is responsible for the internal monthly management of the Northern Ireland private sector P&L and development of large or strategically important contracts/customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Monthly management of the P&L to ensure that all appropriate feeds are in place for revenue and margin purposes.
- Accountable for managing the financial governance within the Northern Ireland private sector major contracts including contract compliance and cost transformation.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the appropriate governance structures are aligned to contract requirements.
- Supporting the Account Directors to liaise with customers at a CX level ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business development.

What we'd like to see from you
- Experience in managing major contracts, specifically management of a P&L, change control.
- Experience in managing financial/commercial aspects of customer and/or contract management.
- Experience of building budgets/target outcomes and tracking against performance.
- Exceptional customer relationship skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at the most senior levels, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrable analysis and communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful management information to help drive performance and decision making.
