Our depot in Ardrossan is recruiting Trainee Bus Drivers on a full-time or part-time basis.
As a Trainee Bus Driver with Stagecoach, you will earn a competitive hourly rate £12.46
- WEEKLY PAY! That is right, you’ll be paid every Friday!
- Rotas are a mix of early, day, split, mid, and back-shift with advance notice so you can organise your work-life balance.
- Wage reviews
- Guaranteed a minimum of 39 hours per week, with optional overtime available to increase your earnings.
- A yearly bonus for safe driving standards.
- Holidays starting at 33 days per year, increasing to 38 days per year after five years of service.

Who are we looking for?
- You will need to be at least aged 18 years old and no more than six penalty points.
- You will need to be patient, safe, and courteous to our customers and other road users
- You will want to deliver great customer service and a team player
