We're always growing, learning and defining new paths – so now's a great time join in and be a part of our story. / ABOUT THIS ROLE This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the business leads across all brands and be the point of contact for all Commercial related tasks. / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Acting as a Commercial partner for a large portfolio of clients within the agency to oversee and advise the business leaders of their projects/SOWs. Preparation of rate cards for each client. Complete reconciliations with account teams to ensure the revenue reported is timely & accurate. Monthly revenue reporting in SAP Monthly CSAs and Revenue Rec submission and quarterly VCTs. Prepare monthly reports for FD for tracking financial performances against budget with commentary. Work with the leadership team on an ad-hoc special commercial projects to help meet growth targets. In charge of revenue reporting at Mid-month and End of month, collating reconciliations from business leadership teams & project management to review, check and challenge where necessary. Prepare schedules and commentary to IPG on revenue variance analysis. Liaise with both internal and external auditor from a revenue perspective. Prepare monthly summary of revenue actuals posted in SAP and variance analysis with commentary for presentation. Work with the Operations Director to create effective reporting and analytical tools to measure company performance such as Client Recoverability & staff utilisation for leadership teams. Oversee and assist closing old jobs as well as creating new jobs. Responsible in netting down WIP and Accrued income to reduce number of aged items. Oversee and assist in reducing aged balances such as pre-bills balance, WIP and Accrued Income and report back to the Financial Controller. Regular revenue forecast meetings with the account teams to identify and calculate expected revenue for the month, and work with FD to discuss risks and opportunities before flash submission to the US. Work closely with the Commercial Assistant on the day-day activities and provide guidance with queries they may have. Generating invoices from SAP and upload to various platforms such as Ariba, Coupa and Taulia Work closely with the US finance/commercial team to standardize reports. Liaise and reconcile with the Accounts Team on their outstanding Accrued Income WIP balances and Open PO's. / WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA) Advanced excel skills required such as VLOOKUP's, SUMIFs, PIVOT etc. Ambitious, confident, and highly articulate Ability to communicate effectively to non-finance audience. Analytical and high attention to detail High commercial acumen Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills SAP preferable but not required.
