As Commercial Manager you’ll be responsible for owning campaigns that introduce new customers and drive engagement within our existing customer base. You will work with a range of partners both externally with our studio partners and internally with operational, marketing and merchandising teams to improve performance.
What you'll do:
- Sales and Promo: Work with studios and internal teams to develop new campaigns and promotions that engage our customers and deliver value. With the help of an executive in the team, plan, implement and review performance.
- Partnerships: Develop and manage new external partnerships to drive revenue and grow Sky Store off-platform. Manage Sky Store relationship with Sky’s VIP programme, negotiating best in market commercials to get exclusive offers for our customers.
- Pricing: Manage content pricing on Sky Store with a test and learn approach. Work with our content partners to ensure optimal pricing across all our formats.
- Team Management: You’ll manage one direct report develop and be responsible for ensuring clear goals, objectives and career development are in place.
What you'll bring:
- Industry expertise: an understanding of the transactional movie market
- Commercially astute: experience in financial planning, tracking, and optimising a set of key performance indicators.
- Analytical ability: able to draw simple conclusions from complex datasets.
- Confident communicator: able to turn analysis into simple stories that influence partners and inspire change.
- Project & Partner Management: the ability to lead multiple campaigns and review performance through a set of customer and financial key performance indicators.
- New idea generation: and leading the creative thinking of new projects within our teams. Scoping out and casing potential benefits for discussion and bringing them to life
- Team manager: able to effectively manage and nurture a team.
