The successful candidate should be able to perform the below duties and responsibilities;
Pre and post contract support covering all commercial activities;
- Implementation of the Tender Governance process, ensuring compliance with Wood delegation of approval.
- Review Invitation to Tender and identify commercial clarifications
- Coordinate tax and contract reviews
- Gather operations/discipline inputs (manhours & subcontracts)
- Cost model preparation and gross margin checks
- Liaise with various external interfaces (Clients, Sub – Contractors, Suppliers) with regards toTendering and contractual discussions
- Promote commercial awareness and continuous improvement.
- Governance and implementation of Financial Management Framework
- Ensure all Wood Internal Service Agreements are in place where applicable, including approvals and administration of the Agreements in accordance with policy.
- Provision of specific commercial and contractual advice to the business as required.
- Agree and deliver commercial strategy in conjunction with Senior Commercial Manager.

Skills / Qualifications:
Core Compentencies
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in law, business administration, commerce, quantity surveying, or similar discipline, or an equivalent level of work experience.
- 5-10 years suitable experience involved in contract or commercial management within the renewables, oil & gas or chemicals industry.
- Good working knowledge and experience of commercial administration and procedures and exposure to key contracting concepts and principles
- Experience in drafting and interpretation of contractual documentation
