The Base Marketing team is responsible for engaging with our customers and building long lasting relationships maximising customer value and advocacy. Through our campaigns we aim to differentiate Vodafone from our competitors and optimise our commercial performance, by being insight led and creating real mutual value for our customers and our business.


What you’ll do


This role has the responsibility for driving customer ARPU via the upsell of tariffs and cross-sell of extras. The role is primarily focused on owning pre-pay to post-pay migrations, and requires running / interpreting analysis relating to commercial performance in order to deliver incremental value through migrations and up-sell activity.


There is a requirement to understand customer lifetime value and the levers that influence it and build-out strategic changes in the operation to drive long term value. The role will focus on driving performance and capability through all channels with a bias towards digital, primarily the app, in order to optimise cost & revenue.


  • Campaign Management: Own, optimise and grow P2P activity
  • Channel Optimisation – Monitor and drive KPI performance across channels
  • Trading – Forecasting, performance management and commercial recommendations for accountable areas
  • Build strategy to drive increased digital migrations
  • New opportunities – work with segment & analytical teams in order to identify new commercial opportunities
