Job Description
- Creating and managing partnerships with licensors and clients
- Leading business development and seeking out opportunities to onboard new licence agreements
- Building the relationships and networks to deliver against those opportunities
- Building the team and processes (e.g. licensing approvals) in the UK and also in our sourcing countries to deliver consistently great product, on time, for clients.
- Working with the MD to agree, and manage the sales and cost budget for the Licensing team.
- Collaborating with, and recruiting where required, designers (garment and graphic designers).
The Successful Applicant
- Have experience working with supplier's or has worked for a supplier.
- Has come from working with apparel within the licensing world
- In depth knowledge of end-to-end licensing process.
- Great at building and maintaining meaningful relationships with external partners.
- Confident with leading and managing all business development
- Demonstrates clear understanding of licensed products
Has previously worked with Primark within the licensing function would be advantageous
