We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who will design engaging customer facing documents (presentations, reports, tender responses, and marketing materials) using appropriate tools such as Adobe Suite Packages. Contribute to project teams and help elevate our customer proposals through creative story telling that helps the customer to better visualize the Maersk solutions. Understand and share relevant market insights with wider team. Increase our RFP success rate by enhancing the impact of our sales value propositions.
This role is homebased with flexible location within the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Improve sales effectiveness and win rate
- Create compelling customer facing documents, including RFP responses, presentations, flyers, memos, and reports.
- Engage with all relevant stakeholders to better understand customer requirements and deliver documents that meet their needs.
- Create documents that are professionally produced and in line with the Maersk brand guidelines.
Build and manage repository of commercial documents
- Ensure all documentations is organised and stored in an easily accessible location
- Update existing case studies and presentations so they meet current business needs
- Share best-practice across the commercial teams
Engage relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer and business needs
- Joint pursuit teams as required to provide input into the proposal design
- Ensure we share relevant market insights within all stakeholders
Required Experience & Skills
- Degree/qualification in Design/Graphics (or related subject)
- Previous experience as graphic designer
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Word
- Research, report writing and presentation skills
- Stakeholder management
- Project management skills
- Logistics and supply chain industry knowledge
