Are you a proactive Team player who loves to get things done? We are looking Commercial Financial Analyst. The role will be mainly focused on the support of the changes for Consumer Duty within Retail Banking business.
You’ll be the main analyst working closing with the EDB business to support the analysis of impacts arising from Consumer Duty. As our Commercial Financial Analyst you’ll be working closely with the Everyday Banking product & Finance teams relating to Consumer Duty, delivering income & cost analysis for all products, a key deliverable for Santander in 2023

Producing insightful analysis and present to senior management
Ensuring consistent approach to income and cost analysis across all EDB product areas, and down to individual products
Ensuring all work is managed in a controlled manner and impacts to risks continually monitored and reviewed
Working closely with EBD product and finance teams, and the wider Consumer Duty project team
What you’ll bring.
Strong numeracy, with excellent analytical skills
Proactive individual who can has the ability to take ownership and use their own initiative
It would also be nice for you to have.
Experience working within a team and having a collaborative approach
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management at various levels
Qualified or part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent and/or experience in a Financial Service environment

This is a full-time permanent position offering flexible working between home and the office.
