Commercial Executive - ASDA
Hybrid Working
1 Day a Week in the Office at Derby or Birmingham.
Plus Ad Hoc Travel to Customers & Other Sites.

UK Poultry represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join the Commercial team within our Poultry division to work closely with our ASDA account. As a Commercial Executive you will support the team in delivering against sales and profitability targets and to carry out data analysis to provide actionable insight.
This role offers fantastic experience in a fast-paced environment where you will be supported and provided with opportunities to develop your career in the food and commercial industry.
You’ll also be responsible for:
- Data analysis, insights and reporting to both Internal & External stakeholders
- Supporting the Commercial team in delivering for our ASDA account.
- Support on product launches
- Improve the reporting processes
- As part of the commercial team support and drive the wider commercial strategy and functional development plans.
- On time delivery of customer product launches through strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Build strong, collaborative, and progressive relationships across internal functions.

- Experienced in a sales, marketing or similar environment within either Food, FMCG or General manufacturing business.
- Business qualification – educated to degree level or equivalent preferred but not essential
- Experienced in analysing data and providing insights and reporting
- Strong Excel spreadsheet skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to tight and changing deadlines
- Quality focused and commercially minded.
- Work on own initiative, is flexible, positive and confident.
