Role Overview:
As our Business Development Executive, your main focus will be on telesales, where you'll be instrumental in setting appointments for our senior management, helping to drive our growth in the corporate market.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings for senior management.
- Gauge the individual needs of clients, ensuring our offerings align with their requirements.
- Skillfully handle objections to maximise every potential lead.
- Use Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient scheduling, call tracking, and lead management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless service experience.
- Consistently meet or surpass telesales targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in telesales or appointment setting.
- Drive to achieve and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with IT tools, notably Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to work autonomously while maintaining team collaboration.
