This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver British Airways’ Commercial Transformation objectives.
This role within the Product and Programmes team in Revenue Management is responsible for defining, scoping and delivering the projects that will lead to our Transformation for products (e.g. ancillary products or fare products) or programmes (e.g. corporate programme or small business programme).
The post holder will:
- Work with Commercial Development Manager and relevant Senior Product Owners to create product or programme strategy for an area of business.
- Turn strategies into tangible delivery plans, discrete areas of work, and actions.
- Understand and prove commercial rationale behind change in a science-led way, i.e. prove the ‘case’ for the desired change using data and analytics.
- Use an analytical approach to justify level of investment in any change, including plans and tools to track actual outcome against expected outcome.
- Move between different product or programme business areas to deliver different projects contributing to the wider Commercial Transformation objectives.
This role will operate across the BA Commercial team, involving stakeholders from Revenue Optimisation, Revenue Delivery, Sales, Distribution, Loyalty and others.

- Strong analytical capability
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building & people skills
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to objectively listen, consider alternatives and encourage challenge
- Education to degree level and/or equivalent experience
- Proven experience of getting things done, prioritising & delivering projects
- Knowledge of revenue management fare products, inventory management and/or airline sales and sales programmes.
- Practical experience using analytical tools and data, e.g. SQL, Excel, SAS, Python.
- Expertise in product or programme development
