Role Overview

We have an opportunity to join our Commercial Development. Reporting into our Commercial Development Manager, this role will support the growing revenue in both business and leisure markets. You will be the feet on the ground for the sales teams, using commercial skills to grow revenue through new and existing opportunities.

You'll be collaborative and be able to develop effective working relationships as you'll work closely with the wider business to spot, hunt down and maximise opportunities.


We are looking for someone who has

  • Demonstrates experience of working to in a fast-paced environment in/out of the industry for the pursuit of overall revenue growth Demonstrable experience of relationship management for the purpose of enhancing customer experience as well as nurturing growth and commercial success from an existing customer base.
  • Experience of sales/business development activity that supports the acquisition of new clients and generation of incremental revenue.
  • Experience of working autonomously and prioritising
  • Evidence of an established ability to interpret and manipulate data and insight to inform activity plans and direction of travel
  • A qualification in a commercial functional such as business, accounting or marketing is desirable but not a prerequisite
  • Good regional knowledge, a basic network of contacts or ability to grow it
  • Computer literate including proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to input into and manage CRM desirable
