Commercial Analyst Professional
The role holder will be required to provide commercial support and analysis in relation to the outsourced FM contract and also the wider Real estate team. The Commercial Analyst is responsible for supporting and analysing commercial ideas and business cases to help deliver strategy and our medium term plan. You're part of the team responsible the end-to-end commercial management, You champion new ideas and minimise loss impacting changes in the wider organisation.
- Use scenario modelling, analytics and commercial levers, recommending solutions to commercial challenges.
- Help pull together and analyse the commercial impact of business cases across the Real estate function.
- Using insight, analysis and pricing trends, recommend improvements, solutions to problems and optimisation.
- Provide analysis and insight on performance and benchmarking to aid decision making and maintain up to date pricing catalogues including rate cards.
- Support programmes including financial modelling, Investment Appraisals and Contract Reviews to ensure they are challenged and reviewed appropriately across the units.
- Work across operations, procurement and finance to help maintain the correct governance.
- Identify opportunities to use data analytics to make better decisions. You deliver process, systems or tool changes to improve our data analytics capability.
- Collaborative communication skills with colleagues, stakeholders and customers.
- Relationship management with senior leaders across multiple business units.
- A champion for change – ability to challenge the status quo and suggest innovative solutions to issues, as well as communicate and deliver change within the team effectively
- Experience in process definition and improvement
- Experience of modelling large amounts of data, providing insight and outcomes.
- Experience of using BI software eg Tableau.
